Today, for me, it's about going beyond real estate.

For over 30 years, I lived and breathed business technology. I built startups, travelled the world, advised CEOs, and consulted across multiple industries. I spent the last decade helping other companies grow, scale, and transform. I invested heavily—time, energy, and tens of thousands of pounds—into personal development, coaching, and learning from some of the very best minds on the planet.

Now, at 55, I've finally found where I belong, and it's right here in Tilal Al Ghaf.

Where my past meets my purpose...

The titles, accolades, and financial milestones were never quite enough—something always felt off. That changed the moment I chose to go beyond real estate with TAG Community Network.

As an ENFJ-A—driven by vision, connection, and meaning—I’ve always been energised by possibility and people. I’m the one who sees the potential in others before they do. Who connects dots most people miss. Who dives headfirst into a challenge and figures it out along the way.

Still, I burned out. Not from lack of success, but from success that didn’t satisfy.

That moment of radical self-honesty became the catalyst. I stepped away from the consultancy world, moved with my family to Dubai, and decided to live and work differently. Not just to chase profit—but to build something with purpose.

That something became TAG Community Network, and it started with a simple question: 

What would it look like to create a business that feels like home?

One rooted in service, community, and contribution—not just transactions. 

TAG Community Network grew out of that vision. It’s more than a real estate platform—it’s a digital-first movement that supports people, connects neighbours, and empowers homeowners, investors, and changemakers to thrive. We use technology to simplify decisions, data to drive insight, and heart to build trust. Whether it’s helping someone find their dream home or amplifying voices within the community, we’re here to do business differently. It should feel like being part of a community, not just closing a deal. So I combined everything I knew—sales, marketing, technology, growth strategy, property investing—and channelled it into a new kind of platform.
